OVEE: Turning Live Conversations into Collective Intelligence

At Checked In, OVEE played several roles throughout the event, demonstrating how AI can become an active part of the audience experience.

First, it listened to the room. During the plenary session, OVEE supported audience interaction, analysing participants’ contributions to identify the key themes, recurring ideas and challenges emerging from the room.

Then, it joined the conversation. Taking the stage as an AI co-host, alongside a human moderator, OVEE brought those insights back to the audience. It highlighted the most relevant themes and memorable quotes, turning live contributions into key takeaways shared with the room. And the conversation continued.

The following day, OVEE was integrated into a participant workshop, bringing together the ideas and contributions shared during the session to create a collective synthesis of the discussion. Across these different formats, OVEE transformed individual inputs into shared insights, making audience participation an active part of the event content.
